Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Mainland Spain.

  • Balearic Islands.

Note: At this time, we do not ship to other regions, but we are working to make this service available as soon as possible.

Rates and Conditions

  • Mainland Spain: €3.90

  • Balearic Islands: €5.90

  • Free shipping on all orders of €40 or more

Delivery Times

  • Mainland and Balearic Islands: between 2 to 7 business days from order confirmation.

    We will provide you with a tracking number so you can check your order status at any time.

Shipping Provider

We ship all orders via Correos, ensuring reliable and secure service throughout Spain.

Return Policy

At RECUERDO AOVE SL, we want your experience to be excellent. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how to proceed.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To do so, email us with the subject:
"Return #[order number]"

It is essential to notify us before sending the product. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.

Damaged Products or Order Errors

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Product Conditions

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or tampered with.
Returns are only accepted if the container is sealed and in perfect condition.

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions.
You will have 14 calendar days to send the product back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be properly packaged to prevent damage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll inform you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
